Clear your diaries, 7-8th September is going to be jam-packed

Liverpool’s iconic Royal Albert Dock has announced an incredible programme of chef demos, interactive masterclasses, children’s activities and more, spanning over two days.

The festival will be an opportunity to showcase the impressive food and drink line up at the Dock, encompassing some of Liverpool’s most innovative independents.

Street food influences will be on offer with far-flung flavours from all over the globe

Kicking off the festivities on the Saturday will be a series of chef demos, based on a floating pontoon by The Colonnades' inner quay. Celebrity chef and broadcaster, Andi Oliver, will act as host introducing the likes of Rosa’s Thai Cafe, Maray, Gusto, Lunyalita and TATE Eats who will all be there to show off their culinary skills and whip up a series of tasty dishes.

On the Sunday, Belling Cookery Club will be taking over the floating pontoon, offering cookery classes for families hosted by Kiddy Cook, whilst adults can head to cocktail connoisseurs, Revolution, for an interactive cocktail masterclass.

Festival visitors are free to roam around the bustling inner quay, which will be home to a selection of food, drink and lifestyle stalls situated in front of the individual restaurants, bars and retailers. A range of innovative small plates with street food influences will be on offer with far-flung flavours from all over the globe including indulgent pasta dishes at Gusto, Maray’s signature cauliflower, authentic Spanish paella from Lunyalita and hearty pies from the Pie Port.
