The Chavasse Project is a new pop up drinks concept here until September

A brand-new pop up bar space has taken up residence in city centre Liverpool. The Chavasse Project consists of several private cabins that can be booked for friendly get-togethers and small groups. These secure, sanitised huts allow small groups to socialise safely without having to brave the crowds at a busy pub - and all are served by the cabin's own personal host.

The cosy cabins offer a relaxing and comfortable drinking experience, while providing the perfect protection against the unpredictable English summer.

The Chavasse Project offers a varied drinks menu with a wide selection of handcrafted gin and beers, thanks to the project's creators’ partnership with Sipsmith Gin and Camden Brewery. For just £16 a person, every member of the group will receive three drinks. For £22 per head, customers can upgrade their tasting experience to include three bespoke gin cocktails specially designed and crafted by Sipsmith.

Both Sipsmith and Camden are well known quality brands, so gin and beer lovers should find plenty to enjoy. The Sipsmith gin selection includes a classic G&T made with Sipsmith London Dry Gin, as well as their citrus inspired gins with Zesty Orange and Lemon Drizzle. There is even a Chilli and Lime gin, which definitely comes with a kick. As for the beers, Camden has provided a fantastic selection of lagers, stouts and IPAs.

The Chavasse Project aims to bring summer vibes for city lives. It launched this week and will be around until September. To book a cabin or find out more visit www.thechavasseproject.co.uk/
