Quattro reasons to head back to Noi Quattro

Noi Quattro, one of Confidential’s fave restaurants has reopened. Yay!

 If you’re in the mood for fantastic Italian food, here are quattro reasons why you should choose Noi Quattro.

 Reason One

 The pizza. Simple. Shall we move on? No, honestly the pizza at Noi Quattro is about as good as it gets. It’s all about the dough. Get the technicalities of perfect dough right and you are guaranteed a pizza that will blow your mind.

 Plus the toppings are all top notch. Extra virgin olive oil, fior di latte mozzarella, san Marzano d.o.p. tomatoes, porcini mushrooms, delicate courgette flowers. If your cooking is only as good as your ingredients, then rest assured the pizza at Noi Quattro is going to be very fine indeed.

 Reason Two

 You’re coming for pizza, fair enough. The pizzas are fantastic but did you know that Noi Quattro also serve a great range of Italian street food that’s simply perfect for taking the edge off your hunger with a cold beer or a glass of prosecco.  

 Cuoppi aren’t fancy. They are just cones of lightly battered and fried Italian delicacies such as baby octopus, fluffy dough, mozzarella bocconcini, vegetables, calamari. Taste it and you’ll agree there’s no ‘just’ about it.

 Other starters and snacks include wonderful, pillowy and aromatic focaccia, parmigiana de melanzane – the aubergine classic and deep-fried calzone pizza.
